When we thought we have heard it all! There springs a movement that seeks recognition as specializing in defiling minors. They want to be recognized as having the right to defile minors rather than being recognized for who they are: sick paedophiles.
It is not a surprise that Thomas Victor O’Carroll, is the one championing the mad movement. Thomas Victor O’Carroll born in 1945 is an Irish writer. He is an activist for paedophiles, being a paedophile himself. He lives in Cumbria. He published his 1st book on paedophiles in 1980.
In the book he ranted about his experience as a paedophile. The book was taken down by Amazon in 2010. Thomas Victor O’Carroll was first jailed in 1981; and in August 2002 he was jailed for nine months; and again for 2 and half years in 2006, all for child pornographic related issues. He was jailed along with a Vicar, Michael Studdert of Hindeheqad in that 2006.
To avoid the stigma associated with paedophiles, Thomas Victor O’Carroll, Britain’s most notorious child-sex offender is now using mainstream websites such as YouTube, Twitter and instagram to rebrand paedophiles as MAPs, and pushing for the legalization of paedophilia under the name MAPs (Minor Attracted Persons) What is baffling is that the mainstream social media would normally remove accounts for posting materials considered extremist in nature but have been comfortable allowing MAP posts to remain on their platforms despite protests. Some of the platforms claim that the posts would be allowed so long as they do not ‘glorify’ paedophilia.
I beg your pardon! What is the difference between Paedophilia and minor attraction? Everything has really gone wrong. However, it has been observed that YouTube had removed some posts of the MAPs. Twitter at one time also removed and pulled down MAP accounts off their platform.
That was in 2018; prompting Dr. Craig Harper, senior lecturer in psychology at Notthingham Trent University, to write a letter to Twitter demanding that paedophile accounts which were shut down by the social media giant be restored. To imagine that at 75 Thomas Victor O’Carroll, who The Irish Times called an “evil” Irish paedophile, is still on a mission he should by now be ashamed of, is really worrisome. To note that he even has followers and supporters is so scary.
Now, here is my message: All hands must be on deck to checkmate the activities of the so-called MAPs from gaining root on our soil. Mothers must be alert to their responsibility in ensuring safe environment for the children. There is no doubt that even without proclaiming it, some people here are already practicing the ‘doctrine’ of the Minor Attracted Persons shamelessly.
We must recognize that we have a big issue at hand to tackle. If you realize the number of infant and children molestation in our midst, then you know we have cause to worry. This is one fight we must win in the interest of our children and the sanity of the society. Every paedophile must be exposed. We must be intentional in monitoring what our children watch either on the television or using their mobile devices.
This is because efforts have been made by these sick people who call themselves MAPs to use all social media available to them, using even cartoons, to send across their campaign. Attempts are being made to indoctrinate children and corrupt their innocent pure minds with the doctrines of the paedophiles. The paedophiles paint a picture of their devilish act in a way to mould the children into their folds.
Utmost vigilance is required from mothers in particular if we must protect the children from the harmful influence of the MAPs. We must see the paedophiles in their new MAPs garb as the evil they are. Judge Roger Chapple when sentencing Thomas Victor O’Carroll in 2006 said “These courts will do whatever lies in their power to ensure that children are safe from sexual abuse or other harm” That, of course, should be our resolve; to do everything within our power, and put in every required effort to ensure that our children remain safe, and come to no sexual or other harm in the hands of the paedophiles.
Our children deserve the protection; and of course, it is their right to be so protected. Don’t you think it is time to call out men to come to the round table? Keep a date.
