TheNewsGuru spoke with FCT Police PPRO, Anjuguri Jesse Manzah, saying that he knows nothing about it but will only investigate the robbery to find out if it really occurred.

He said: ” You will have to give me time because i have not gotten that report for me to do my check, then secondly the command have distress call numbers made available to the public”.

“Members of the public don’t necessarily need to rush down to the police station to report because the claim that the officers told them they should not disturb their sleep need thorough investigation to verify the claims”

“I’m just hearing about this robbery case”

“I will need to make my enquiry to really know the fact about it”

“There are certain things i will really want to do through my check”, he added.

It was also learnt that the robbers ran and left behind their operational car, ash colour Honda with registration number AZ422-MKA filled with tools.

TheNewsGuru provided the FCT police command with pictures of the vehicle at the robbery scene for further investigation.
