Popular comedian and actor, Ayo Makun better known as AY is celebrating his golden jubilee anniversary today. The filmmaker has put out some gorgeous photos on social media to mark his 50th birthday.

Veteran actor, Richard Mofe Damijo in his post described AY as a man he loves.
According to him: “You are my son at once, you are my brother, you are a friend and a colleague.I just want to say that I love you.I love for the things you have done in this world”.

Ayo Makun is the oldest male child from a family of seven. He and his wife Mabel have been married for twelve years
AY attended Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria. He graduated (after spending nine years)[7] in 2003 as a theatre arts student. A.Y also won other awards such as the most fashionable student on campus (1999 and 2000); best show-biz promoter (2001); the most celebrated student on campus (2001) and the Jaycee Club socio-personality award (2003).
