For many Nollywood buffs, especially lovers of Yoruba movies, the name Peju Johnson will ring a bell. The stunning role interpreter, who recently celebrated her birthday on November 10th, belongs to a new crop of Nollywood talents melting hearts with their role interpretations.
Peju Johnson started acting in 2016 when she returned from Egypt where she stayed for five years. Upon her return, the Ile-Ife born damsel decided to pursue her passion for acting.
Since then she has featured in many Yoruba flicks like Scar, Lekki Guys, Viper, Oka, and many more.
In an interview, the Ecole Supierieure Technologie Et De Gesion) University, graduate of Business Administration said she will remain single than be a second wife.
“It is better to be single than being a side chick or a second wife. I am more than just an option. I would rather be single than end up as someone’s option.”
Revealing her crush in the industry, the curvy role interpreter said, “I like Timini Egbuson. He is my new crush. I just saw him on television and liked him. Maybe it’s a case of love at first sight.”
The light skinned beauty in a chat with TheNewsGuru said women should be blamed for the baby mama trend.
“As a woman you shouldn’t be having unprotected sex with a man you know deep down he is not ready for marriage. If a man isn’t ready and you having unprotected sex with him you should know you will end up being a baby mama. You should face any drama that comes with it. Sometimes, most of these women also do it intentionally thinking he is going to end up marrying them or end up paying child’s support. For some, it is even a business”, she said.
