Nigerian songstress, Muma Gee has opened up on her reasons for venturing into politics. The entertainer known for her Afrocentric sound noted that her venture isn’t motivated by her hunger for power.
She made this known in a recent chat with Hip TV.
According to her: “ People keep complaining about the country’s leadership. The only way to have a say is to make use of the opportunity in politics. This is the only way what we think is negative can be turned into positive.
“I also want to prove to people that musicians can be good politicians. Technically I am not into politics because of power, I am into politics just to set a pace and represent the youths so that we can have a say”.
