It was an emotion laden service as family and friends of late Ibidun Ajayi-Ighodalo converged on Wednesday evening to sing hymns, psalms and light candles in her honor.
TheNewsGuru recalls that Ibidun sadly passed away on Sunday, June 14 leaving behind her children, Zenan and Keke, and her hubby, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo.
Gospel artistes like Tope Alabi, Efe Nathan, Sammie Okposo, Tosin Martins, Buchi, and others rendered glorious worship songs at the service.
One of the highlights of the event was when Ibidun’s daughter, Zenan, rendered a thanksgiving song at the service.

Husband of the deceased, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo occasionally took to the stage as instrumentalists performed soulful songs, prayed for him, and consoled the cleric.
On the same day when Ibidun had died, Ituah had astonished well-wishers after he officiated a church member’s funeral. He also opened up on how the news of his wife’s death had “shattered” his life.
Ibidun will be laid to rest on Saturday, June 20.
