Felabration2018: Ric Hassani, Made Kuti, Artquake thrill music lovers on second day

Music lovers once again gathered on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at the New Afrika Shrine as the concert proceeded into its 2^nd day.
Felabration is the annual music festival celebrating Nigeria’s icon and creator of Afrobeat genre, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti.
As usual, there was a pantheon of music stars, both local and international, who performed on the 2^nd day of the music fiesta.
On that bright Tuesday night, the Shrine played host to artistes like Made Kuti, YQ, Ric Hassani, Artquake, Dapo Turbuna, Airboy and Fuji singer, Remi Aluko.

The spectacular Positive Force band also performed alongside Femi Kuti .
This year’s edition which is themed ‘Overtaking Overtake’ coincides with the 80th post-humous celebration of Fela Anikulapo Kuti.

The one-week-long event which is held annually at the New Afrika Shrine in Ikeja, attracts visitors from different countries and has thus been considered as an official tourist destination by the Lagos State Government.
