KSA steps up,gets inducted into Hard Rock Cafe Hall Of Fame

Another feather has been added to his cap of King Sunny Ade. The juju maestro was inducted into Hard Rock Hall Of Fame on Wednesday for his remarkable impact to the music world, making him the first Nigerian to be inducted into the hall of fame

The occasion which took place at Hard Rock Cafe, Oniru, Lagos had in attendance celebrities from across the country who came to celebrate with the veteran musician.

KSA donated treasured items from his collections including his much-treasured Vintage Fender Guitar, shoes and album cover to hang as a memorabilia at the edifice. He told the onlookers that he composed his hit track, Synchro System, with the Vintage Fender Guitar, which he was donating to Hard Rock Café.

According to him: “I am thrilled to be the first Nigerian musician to donate personal items to Hard Rock’s world-famous collection and to be showcased alongside other legendary artists. For me, this is more than just a ceremony; it’s an opportunity to pass on a cultural legacy and inspire new generations of musicians around the globe.”

The CEO of Hard Rock Café Lagos, Sanjay Mathani in appreciation of the donations made by the inductee, said “It’s a great honor to be able to pay homage to the rich and historic musical roots in Lagos with a memorabilia donation from King Sunny Ade. Hard Rock embraces all genres of music, and we are proud to support such a talented and influential artist.”
