Popular disc jockey, DJ Big N has condemned the state of the nation. The talented DJ said that the Nigerian entertainment industry has saved many from the streets and gave jobs that the government could not provide.
DJ Big N made this known on Friday via his Instagram page.
In his words ”Take out the entertainment industry in Nigeria. Then and only then will you understand that Nigeria is hell on earth. People suffering and smiling. An industry that saved many from the streets and gave jobs to citizens that the country couldn’t. A country that you have to get over ten licenses and permits to be a dispatch rider”.
Reacting to his statement, Nigerian singer Djinee wrote:” Words on Marble! In every interview I say this. That the entertainment is also decongesting the already over saturated labour market. People should be thankful to God that this industry exists”.
Dj Big N started his career in the UK playing local clubs in the West Midlands before guest playing at the Palms Club in Coventry as well as Guest playing at Club “Release”. He also played for the Nigerian independence 2009 in Coventry, where he got his big break.[ Dj Big N has performed alongside acts like Kool and the Gang, Maxi Priest, Dru Hill, Billy Ocean and Joe. He also was the official DJ for the Jarule and Ashanti show which held in Lagos in October 2014
