Reggae Blues singer and alter plate boss, Harrysong has lamented over the lack of structure in the Nigerian music industry.
Speaking in a chat with Hip Tv, the award winning entertainer said entertainers don’t have the support of the Federal Government when it comes to album sales.
“We don’t have the support of the government and they have not come to see how important it is to invest in the music industry. They are still fighting over oil, fighting over a lot of other things. There is no structure on ground to enable artistes make money from their albums. It is a lot of work to put an album together.
“Even If it is just ten songs, you must have recorded 100 songs before choosing the ten songs. It involves a lot of time, energy and creativity”.
