Popular comedienne and actress, Damilola Adekoya better known as Princess, broke down in tears as she called out fellow comedians who failed to support her upcoming show.
Princess went live on her Instagram page on Tuesday to lament that some comedians and musical artists did not publicize her show for her.
The comedienne is set to host a show tagged ‘#Nothingbutthetruth’ at Muson Centre, Lagos on the 14th of November.
The show would feature musical performances by Vector and Jaywon, whom she claimed did not promote the show on their Instagram pages.
Princess mentioned comedians like Julius Agwu, Buchi, Gbenga Adeyinka, Alibaba, amongst others, stating that they failed to promote her show after some even promised to support her.
In her words:”So my show is five days away and I’ve been trying my best to publicize it but my shock, my greatest surprise, the people that I really expected to help me repost, they did not even post it on their pages. People like Tee-A, Gbenga Adeyinka, Ali Baba, Julius, people that gave me mind, they did not even post. My son Jaywon did not post it. I called Josh2funny he said he posted it but I don’t know. I personally called Arole he didn’t post it. Now no wahala whether you post it, whether you post it or not the show will come and go.
“I even forgot Buchi, Buchi comedian well done, nothing wey I go do wey I go ask you make you do you go dey forget, since you moved to the Island and made new friends, e come be like say you no get past,” she said.
She said, “In times like these, I miss Sultan. I am stressed”
