Nigerian pop star, Ayoleyi Hanniel Solomon better known as Reekado Banks, has expressed his displeasure  over a phone call that went wrong during a live TV show.
The ‘Oluwa ni’ crooner who was a guest on the Live TV show  was accused by an unidentified lady of dumping her after the duo engaged in sexual intercourse.
“You had sex with me and you did not call me back,” the lady  who called from Lekki alleged.
When the host of the show defended the artiste, saying the caller had probably dialed a wrong number, she insisted on her claim.
She said: “It is not a wrong number. Everybody knows Reekado Banks. I have been sending him messages…”
The phone call saga has since sparked reactions on social media platforms, with users expressing their divergent views on what the lady had said.
An angry Reekado took to his Twitter handle to say that he does not like the turnaround of the conversation around the issue.
He said it was supposed to be a prank phone call but it was taken too far.
“It is truly a problem when a media platform begins to pursue shock value at the expense of an artistes’ image,” he wrote.
“So that was a prank call on a tv show, it was funny then , but I do not like where this is headed!”

The funniest video you’d watch before going to sleep. @ReekadoBanks called out on live tv. But hey, he owes nobody an explanation. #ReekadoBanks #Reekado pic.twitter.com/rrrYpZCXVI
