Sad! Davido mourns late uncle, Isiaka Adeleke

Nigerian pop-star, Davido is sad over the death of his dear uncle,Senator Isiaka Adeleke.The vivacious pop-star took to his various social media accounts to express his grief

“Heartbroken.. Rest In Peace My dear uncle …. SHERUBAWON,” he wrote on Instagram.

Isiaka was the first executive Governor of Osun State and a two term Senator. He was due to contest the 2018 governorship elections on the platform of the APC.However, the Government of Osun State has stated that it is still in shock over the abrupt death of the first civilian Governor of the state, Alhaji Isiaka Adeleke.

In a statement signed by the Director, Bureau of Communication and Strategy, Office of the Governor, Mr. Semiu Okanlawon, the government said the death of Senator Adeleke is hard to accept.

Adeleke died on Sunday, April 23 and was laid to rest on Monday, 24, at his country home in Ede.
