Popular Nigerian singer, Simi has urged her followers to be careful with labeling everyone as a friend with emphasis on the need to guard one’s personal space.
Simi noted that casual interactions and occasional positive vibes should not automatically qualify someone as a best friend.
The singer highlighted the importance of being selective about who is allowed into one’s inner circle, stating that making someone smile should not grant unrestricted access to one’s heart and spirit.
She addressed the common misconception that if one invests more in a relationship than the other person, it doesn’t necessarily mean the other person is a bad friend or dislikes them.
