The criminal charges against Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane has been terminated by a court in Miami-Dade County, in Florida US. Dammy Krane was charged with credit card forgery, armed conspiracy and grand theft.
Recall that Krane was in June detained for purportedly booking a private jet service with stolen credit card details.
The pop singer was arrested alongside Ilochukwu Gabriel and was detained at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center before making bail.
The singer was represented by Erik Courtney when he appeared before judge De La O Miguel on Thursday morning.
TheNewsGuru reports that Krane was discharged of all the charges according to the Miami-Dade County online system. The present status of the case on the Miami-Dade Country online system reads ‘closed’
Excited Krane took to Twitter to acknowledge those who were there for him while the case lasted.
“Sometimes life puts you through trials and tribulations, not to bring you down but to make you stronger. It will also show you who is truly with you, who really cares.
“Case closed. I’m a free man. Let’s get back to the music. One love. Back in the studio! New music on the way.”
In the same vein his label boss, Davido also confirmed the termination of the case via his snapchat update.
