Spice, a veteran Jamaican dancehall star born Grace Hamilton has disclosed why she cannot be involved romantically with a Nigerian man from the Southeastern region.
Spice, during a recent interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, was asked to choose between an Igbo man and a Yoruba man.
She, however, pushed back by stating that she wouldn’t want an Igbo man as she has heard they make women fall in love with them and take back everything they bought for them, leaving them “n@ked”.
She said, “I don’t think I can be with Igbo men because I heard that Igbo men will make you fall in love with them and take back everything from you. Like they shower you with costly gifts, but the moment you break up with them, they take back everything, the wig, the slippers, the clothes; they take back everything. I can’t get along with them because of this.”
Spice further noted that she is cautious about heartbreak, saying, “I can’t take another heartbreak, which is why I have eight boyfriends to avoid getting heartbroken.”
