‘’We should pay attention to our health; the only wealth we have is our health,’’ he said.

Okoye noted that his advice had become imperative due to the present economic recession in the country that was capable of causing stress for people.

According to him, ‘’multiple suicides’’ would have occurred if the economic recession had hit places such as United States of America (USA) and European countries.

He said the country had the lowest cost of healthcare in the world and noted that there was little or no reason for citizens not to take adequate care of their health.

Okoye, a health television educationist, lamented that Nigerians did little to service their health, but spent a lot of money, servicing their cars among other facilities.

In her contribution, Dr Ipalibo Harry-Binigo, Deputy Governor of Rivers, said stress could be heightened by economic recession.
