Speaking at a conference themed “Africa Has Come of Age” in Owerri, Imo State, Adegboye proclaimed, “Sunshine will rise out of Africa. We are tired of wars and division. Pray for peace and unity in Africa. Despite being the richest continent with the best minds, our leaders fail to work together. If we don’t know our roots, we cannot know where we are going.”

Apostle General Anselm Madubuko, speaking virtually at the conference, emphasized that Africa’s poverty is not God-ordained but a result of poor leadership.

He urged the need for selfless leaders to lift the continent out of its woes, stating, “Against all odds, there is still hope for Africa.

The Princess will come out of Egypt. Africans should stretch out their hands to God, and their help will come from Him. Envoys shall come out of Africa.”

Rev. Juliet Binitie echoed these sentiments, expressing pride in being Nigerian despite leadership failures. She called for prayers for God to raise “sheep nations” from Africa, saying, “We command unity to reign and pray against lies. We thank God for the redemption of Africa. Every leader not working according to God’s agenda shall be removed. The time of wicked leaders is over.”

Pastor Adeyinka Adegboye reflected on the biblical curse of Ham, asserting that Africa’s time to break free from this curse has come. He called for leaders after God’s heart who will manage Africa’s resources wisely, much like Nelson Mandela.
