The Senate on Tuesday rescinded its earlier decision on Section 52 of the Electoral Act as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) can now determine mode of transmitting election in Nigeria.
TheNewsGuru.com, (TNG) reports the upper legislative chamber withdrew its earlier decision that INEC cannot transmit election results electronically.

With this rescission by Senate, the Apex electoral body can now determine the mode of transmission.
