Delta State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has unveiled a list of 26 Commissioner nominees, who will constitute members of the State Executive Council.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports this is contained in a letter addressed to the Speaker and Members of the State House of Assembly that was made public on Wednesday.
According to Governor Oborevwori, the nomination of the 26 Commissioners is in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 192 (2) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, (1999 as Amended).
Oborevwori stated that the list of the Commissioner nominees was sent to the House of Assembly for consideration and confirmation to enable him to effect their appointments in line with the Constitution.
