Lagos govt reopens Cubana Chief Priest’s restaurant

The Lagos State government  has re-opened a restaurant owned by celebrity bartender, Pascal Okechukwu, better known as Cubana Chief Priest.

TheNewsGuru.com(TNG) reports that Lagos State commissioner for environment Tokunbo Wahab had on Sunday announced the closure of the food outlet which was launched in August, named Donald’s.

Wahab via the microblogging platform, X formerly Twitter, said restaurant was shut down due to noise pollution and other environmental infractions.

Sharing the photos, the Commissioner said, “After several warnings and abatement notices, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency @LasepaOfficial sealed Donald’s Fast Food on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1 over noise pollution and other environmental infractions.”

However, in a post on Tuesday, Cubana Chief Priest, shared a video on Instagram of the bar being re-opened.

“Good Morning Lagos. It’s A Beautiful Day Already, God Go Make Us Higher,” he wrote on Tuesday.
