Delta constitutes 7-man LOC for 8th National Youth Games

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has constituted a 7-man Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the 8th National Youth Games scheduled for September 10 in Asaba.

The Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Governor, Sir Festus Ahon said on Thursday that the committee had Chief Solomon Ogba as chairman and Mr Festus Ohwojero as secretary.

Other members of the committee include Chief Tonobok Okowa; Chief Chinonye Aliyu Daphey; Chief Victor Onogagamue; Mr Onoriode Oborevwori and Mr Harrison Ocholor.

Meanwhile, the Joint Technical Meeting (JTM) for the games will hold between August 18 and 20. The games will end on September 20.
