Graphic photos: Two incapacitated in hit and run accident in Lekki

An eyewitness reports that a Hit & Run accident happened about 30 minutes ago on new road, Lekki Lekki-Epe Expressway.

And the victims, who are reported to be in a very crucial state, have been rushed to the hospital.
