Human rights lawyers; Femi Falana, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, Deji Adeyanju; former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore, the Take It Back movement had called for a nationwide protest against hunger and bad governance in the country.
In the videos and photos that surfaced on social media, protesters in Port Hacourt are seen congregating in front of the popular pleasure park.
While in Abuja, protesters converged as early as 6am singing solidarity songs at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
