Int’l Friendly: Super Eagles, Mali match to be played under floodlight

The upcoming international friendly game between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Eagles of Mali will be played on Tuesday under floodlight.

The highly anticipated friendly has been fixed for 9 pm on Tuesday.

The game will be held at the Grand Stade de Marrakech, Morocco, the same venue Super Eagles slugged it out with the Black Stars of Ghana.

Super Eagles  won the game against Ghana 2-1 courtesy of goals from Cyriel Dessers and Ademola Lookman before Ghana captain Andre Ayew got a consolation goal in the dying minute.

Meanwhile Mali won its own  friendly against Mauritania 2-0 on the same day.

Finidi George, the Interim Coach of  Super Eagles of Nigeria will be the one to manage the team on same day in Marrakech.

George has revealed that he would change his starting 11 against Mali on Tuesday.

The gaffer has already hinted he will make changes to his team from the Ghana game.
