Isaku Abbo, a former Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, has publicly denied his involvement in a recent sexual scandal.

This comes after a viral video surfaced online last week, purportedly showing a light-skinned man likened to be the senator, engaging in sexual intercourse with a woman identified as being married.

Even though the controversial senator was alleged to be the man in the video, these allegations remain unverified.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that this incident comes barely five years after Senator Abbo was caught on camera assaulting a nursing mother in a sex toy shop in Abuja.

The assault drew a widespread condemnation and led to legal proceedings against him, casting a shadow over his political career.

Reacting to the latest scandal, Senator Abbo on Thursday held a press conference denying any involvement in the video.

Refuting the allegations, the senator asserted that he was not the person depicted in the video, further labeling the incident as an attempt to tarnish his image.

Abbo had said, “How can you identify a person without seeing his face, his body, only parts of his legs and you said it is Senator Abbo.

“Blackmail cannot stop me from winning elections. A senator from one of the northern states was shown in a sex video with his entire body, but he still won an election to the Senate, and his wife won an election to the House of Representatives. My people love me. No amount of blackmail can stop me.”

The controversial senator threatened legal action against those behind the circulation of the sex video and who are trying to malign and tarnish his name.
