President Bola Tinubu has expressed sadness over the passing of the Emir of Ningi, Yunusa Danyaya, in Bauchi State.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) earlier reports that the revered monarch, who had recently returned from a medical trip to Saudi Arabia on Thursday, August 22, passed away at the age of 87.

Reacting, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, in a statement, extended his condolence to the people of Ningi Emirate and the Bauchi State Government over the loss of the esteemed ruler.

The statement, titled “President Tinubu Mourns Emir of Ningi,” underscored the President’s recognition of the late Emir as a distinguished leader who dedicated his position and resources to the service of his community.

President Tinubu further prayed for the peaceful repose of the late Emir’s soul, after which he extended his sympathies to the grieving family and all those affected by the loss.

The statement partly read, “The President describes the late monarch as an illustrious leader who deployed the power and resources of his throne to serve his community.

“The President prays for the repose of the soul of the departed traditional ruler and condoles with his family and all those grieving the loss.”
