Chief Tony Okocha, Chairman of the Caretaker Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers on Sunday congratulated Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers on his 49th birthday.
Okocha, who is also the Rivers representative on the Management Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), said he joined the rest of the world in celebrating Fubara.
