St Patrick’s college felicitate with Chibogu Azinge as 14th Asagba of Asaba

The President of the St. Patrick’s College Old Boys Association (SPCOBA) Anthony Odiadi, has felicitated distinguished member, Obi (Prof.) Epiphany Chibogu Azinge, SAN, on his election as the 14th Asagba (Elect) of the ancient town of Asaba.

Odiadi’s congratulatory message was conveyed on Monday in a statement signed by the National Secretary, Tajudeen Bakare Femi.

The president joined the National EXCOs, and noble patricians worldwide in celebrating the milestone, which, according to him, was a hard– fought and well determined process.

He also emphasized how the Kingmakers of Asaba found Azinge  eminently qualified to lead the town, praying that God would guide and protect the new leadership throughout his reign.

The statement reads: “The National President of SPCOBA Barr.. Anthony Odiadi and the National EXCO wish, on behalf of all the Old behalf of all Old boys Worldwide, to congratulate and felicitate with our own Noble Patrician Obi (Prof) Epiphany Chibogu Azinge, SAN, OON, FNIALS on the occasion of his election as the 14th Asagba (Elect) of the ancient town of Asaba.

“This has been a hard-fought, well-determined process, and the kingmakers found the Noble Patrican eminently qualified to ascend the throne of leadership of the town in this modern era.

“Noble Patricians worldwide rejoice with Obi (Prof) Epiphany Azinge and trust that he will, without doubt, carry forth to the throne the nobility, wisdom and drive for success which is the hallmark of the high values imbued in us by our great Alma mater- St Patrick’s collage, Asaba, the Vasrsity in the Niger.
