Ngozi Okobi has knocked Nigerian journalist over a recent publication by a Lagos-Based online platform where she bared her mind on being replaced in the World Cup list by Toni Payne.
Okobi had granted an interview with the online platform where she spoke about missing the World Cup, her replacement with Toni Payne and what she would have done if she was listed.

“Why did I say so? I’m not trying to brag here. I’m not trying to call myself one of the best, but I feel like Super Falcons still need a player like me in their team.
“We still haven’t gotten a creative player. I might not be the strongest player on earth to be in that team, but I have talent that I don’t think anyone could replace right now. So, they lack that.”

However, the Midfield maestro reacted via her facebook page, where she made some clarifications.
She wrote ”Why do you all journalist like making things escalate like this. Is it not enough from all this okobi said about Tony Payne.
