Netizens on Twitter Nigeria are divided in their opinions of what they make of the presidential bid of the former speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole.
Thenewsguru.com reports that while many saw his purchase of form as part of a charade, others eulogised him and described his intention to contest as a breath of fresh air.
A segment of users of the micro blogging site whose comments thenewsguru.com saw, accused the pro – Bankole commenters as paid agents to influence public opinion.
Some however went down memory lane to unearth published news stories alleging his complicity in the stealing of funds in his tenure as speaker of Nigeria’s Green Chambers.
As usual, the reactions vary from some seemingly logical arguments to totally hilarious and sometimes ridiculous ones.
