After Bola Tinubu’ picked a Muslim running mate, a former ACN guber candidate in Rivers State, Tonye Princewill has resigned from APC.

The former ACN guber candidate and an ally of former Rivers Governor Rotimi Amaechi disclosed this in a letter addressed to the APC chairman in Rivers State.
He was the former guber candidate of ACN and other parties but defected in 2019 to APC.

He explained in the letter that though he has no excuse to leave his brother Rotimi Amaechi but with this development, he has no moral right to remain in APC.
