Youngster, Harvey Elliott’s strike took a deflection off Hugo Bueno and flew into the net for the Reds third goal.

Manchester city on the other hand came back from 1-0 down to snatch a 3-1 win against the Hammers at the London Stadium.

Ward Prowse had given the Hammers the lead when he headed home from close range but three second half goals from Jeremy Doku, Bernando Silva and Erling Haaland gave the Citizens all three points.
