Injury Blow: Four key players doubtful for United ahead of Community Shield game with City

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has provided injury updates ahead of this weekend’s Community Shield match against Manchester City at Wembley.

Ten Hag revealed that Victor Lindelöf, Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, and Luke Shaw are doubtful for the game, stating, “The four players are question marks for the Community Shield.”

However, he confirmed that defender Lisandro Martínez is expected to be fit for the clash. “Lisandro Martínez will be involved,” Ten Hag said.

The Community shield will hold this weekend between Manchester United and Manchester City at Wembley.

The match will be a repeat of last season’s FA Cup final where United triumphed by 2-1.
