The Ilorin based clubside was also charged for providing false information which led to a fixture adjustment.

It would be recalled that the Harmony Boys requested that their game against Akwa United be moved from Saturday, April 20 to Sunday, April 21, citing a letter claiming that the state government had planned an event at the stadium.
