Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has become the first coach to reach the European Cup or Champions League final in consecutive years with different clubs.
According to OptaJose, Mount’s goal against Real Madrid means the England international has now become the youngest player (22 years and 115 days) in the Champions League history to score in a semi-final against the Los Blancos.
Also, Werner’s goal against Real Madrid means the 25-year-old is now the first German player in the Champions League history to score against the Los Blancos for a non-German club and the first German to score a headed goal against Real Madrid in the Champions League since at least 2003/04.\
The Blues will face Premier League rivals Manchester City in the final.
