Super Eagles trio of Joe Aribo, Calvin Bassey, and Leon Balogun showed class as their Scottish team Rangers won the League cup trophy for the first time in 13 years.
Rangers defeat Heart by 2-0 to win the coveted trophy.
Rangers were on the losing side when they faced Eintracht Frankfurt in the final of the Europa League,the match ended 5-4 on penalties in favour of the German side.
However, Rangers put all that behind them to clinch the Scottish cup for the first time in over a decade.
Rangers boss Giovanni Van Bronckhorst named Super Eagles trio Aribo, Bassey, and Balogun in his starting lineup.
Bassey also made brilliant runs to support the attack. Unfortunately, the Gers could not see out the tie in normal time.
Nonetheless, the Gers showed champions stuff in extra time, as two goals from Ryan Jack and Scott Wright sealed a 2-0 victory for the Gers.
