When you talk about night life in Lagos, you cannot ignore Shina Peller who is fondly called the King of the night life.
Shina Peller is the founder of Quillox, an urban night club and restaurant in Lagos. He is also a serial entrepreneur who has his hands in oil and gas, entertainment and real estate.
In an encounter with TheNewsGuru, the soft spoken socialite noted that he doesn’t have regrets.
According to him:” I live with no regrets because I see the worst thing in life to be inevitable which is death .No matter what situation I am in, I am sure it’s not worse than death”.
When asked how he handles women, he said:” I handle them to the best of my capability but what I do is that I treat people the way I want to be treated”.
On how he met his wife, Peller revealed that it wasn’t love at first sight.
“I met my wife in school at the Obafemi Awolowo University; it wasn’t love at first sight. She used to be my friend’s sister; we were friends before we started dating”.
Peller who is pained by the recent upsurge in killings in Nigeria, said:”It’s so sad all these things are happening in our country. A lot of people believe our main problem in Nigeria is our government; meanwhile people need to be re-orientated”.
