Peter Okoye of the music group, Psquare, has expressed his commitment to supporting Nollywood actor, John Okafor, better known as Mr Ibu, who is currently facing health challenges.
Mr Ibu had before appealed to the public for assistance as he battled an illness that could lose him his limb.
In a video posted to his Instagram page, the veteran disclosed that he had been hospitalized for several weeks.
Mr Ibu revealed in the distressing video that doctors informed him they could have to amputate his limb if he didn’t exhaust all other alternatives.
He made his account number public, asking for prayers and help.
His daughter, Jasmine Okafor, elaborated on his comments, saying that the veteran isn’t getting better and that they’ve depleted all of their financial resources, hence the public appeal.
