At 40, Alakoto High School old students celebrate alma mater in grand style [PHOTOS]

Old students of Alakoto High School on Sunday marked the 40th anniversary of their alma mater in grand style.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Alakoto High School, Tolu-Ajeromi, Lagos State was founded in September, 1981 with 233 students.

However, in compliance with the national policy on 6-3-3-4 educational systems, on January 3rd 2003, the school was splitted into Junior/Senior schools.

To mark the 40th anniversary of the school, old students of Alakoto High School under the aegis of Alakoto High School Old Students Association held a grand ball to celebrate the day.

Present during the event were the incoming President General of the Association, Sir Patrick Momodu, the Public Relations Officer (PRO), Mr Mathias Boubai, the outgoing General Secretary Prince U Enoch, Financial Secretary, Mrs Bamike Popoola Bhadmus, and many other members present.
