CEO of Inspired Vision Worldwide, Malcolm Onajite Tagbarha has said Sapele Local Government boss, Hon Eugene Inoaghan is unarguably the best performing among the 25 LGAs in Delta State.
Tagbarha a United States Agency for International Development (USAID/International Republican Institute, IRI) campaign trainer and a National Legislative Policy Advocate disclosed this on his FB page with a video clip of some developmental strides championed by Hon Inoaghan as captured by DRTV.
