Abuse: Speak out, let the law take its course, Aisha Buhari urges

Wife of President Muhammadu Buhari, Aisha Buhari has urged victims of abuses in various forms to speak out so that the law can take its course.

Mrs Buhari made the call while speaking at the War Against Abuse workshop held at the State House, Abuja.

“I am calling on victims of any form of abuse to speak out and let the law take its course, there should be no excuse for any form of abuse,” she said.

TheNewsGuru reports the workshop is organized with the hope that it will proffer workable solutions to addressing cases of abuse in its various forms.

“If one child or adult is protected as a result of this workshop, it would be well worth it,” the wife of the President said.
