Bida Polytechnic appoints Deputy Rector

The Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic, Bida, has approved the appointment of Dr. Sani Man-Yahaya as the Deputy Rector, Administration.

Thi was announced in a statement by Abubakar Junior, Assistant Public Relations Officer of the institution, in Minna on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the appointment took effect from Feb. 28 for two years.

Until his appointment, Man-Yahaya was the polytechnic’s Director of Information Technology Services and former Head of Electrical Engineering Department.

The Rector, Dr. Abubakar Dzukogi, on behalf of the community, congratulated Man-Yahaya, urging him to use his wealth of experience to develop the institution.
