A federal lawmaker representing Bauchi North senatorial district, Senator Adamu Bulkachuwa, has disclosed how he influenced his wife Zainab Bulkachuwa, court judgment as the President of the Court of Appeal
Adamu stated that, such influence on the wife decision in court was also extended to his colleague while she was the head of the appeal court.
Recall that was Zainab Bulkachuwa was the first female head of the court of appeal.
He said: “Particularly, my wife, whose freedom and independence I encroached upon while she was in office. And she has been very tolerant and accepted my encroachment and extended her help to my colleagues.”
Adamu was interrupted by Senate President, Ahmad Lawan who was also elected on the platform of APC. Lawan interjected, saying “Distinguished, I don’t think this is a good idea going this direction.”
