Saudi Arabia v Nigeria: Match will be very tough – Peseiro

Jose Peseiro the head coach of Nigeria senior men’s national team has said the friendly game against Saudi Arabia will be a very tough game.

Saudi Arabia and Nigeria will slug it out in a friendly game on Friday in Portugal.

It is the second time the Super Eagles will take on the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, following a goalless draw in a 2010 friendly.

Incidentally, Peseiro was the man at the helm of affairs for Saudi Arabia in 2010 when they faced Nigeria.

“Saudi was the last team to beat Argentina so I expect a hard match and also a good match for our team and we will start on the front foot against them.

“We want to beat Saudi Arabia and Mozambique so as to prepare well for the first two games of the World Cup qualifiers because Nigeria must play the next World Cup,” Peseiro said in his press conference on Thursday.
