Toke Makinwa’s estranged husband, Maje Ayida has taken legal actions against Toke Makinwa targeted at discontinuing the sales of her book, Becoming. The controversial memoir tells the story of Toke’s childhood, losing her parents in a fire outbreak, meeting Maje and how he allegedly gave her a sexually transmitted disease .
Maje has sought legal action through his UK lawyers, demanding that she puts a stop to the sales of the book and retrieve copies already distributed.
However, the light skinned media personality seems unperturbed by Maje’s legal injunction. Toke Makinwa is presently in Ghana for a book reading geared towards promoting the tainted book .On her Instagram page, she made a subtle statement directed at Maje declaring that God will fight for her.
