Olamide’s street infused pop song, “Wo” has been declared as a public health hazard by the Ministry of Health. The ministry has warned the public about the dangerous public health content and violation of the Tobacco Control Act 2015 in the hit song already spreading like wild fire. In a series of tweets, the organization condemned scenes in the video which violates the ban on tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship.
Olamide is yet to react over the Ministry’s statements over the song.
However , there has been a myriad of reactions from fans who believe the song does not possess any health hazard.
