Nigerian actor and singer, OC Ukeje has said there is a huge need for actors to take on challenging roles, if they desire to get better. He added that despite his feats in Nollywood , he is still learning.
Hear him: “I don’t think anyone is ever satisfied with what he or she has been able to achieve. We always strive to do better, be better with our craft and attain some personal sense of perfection. I believe I am still growing, still learning and trying to master the craft. As an actor, it’s important to want to do more challenging roles and be in bigger films as well.
“For instance, I accepted to be part of Potato Potahto because of the storyline and the people involved. The director, Shirley Frimpong-Manso, is a great person and her work is pretty defined. I have had the advantage of working with Joselyn Dumas on a project previously; so, it was easy to flow with her”.
