Nigerian cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye fondly called Bobrisky, has recounted his worst experience in the Egbeda area of Lagos state.
He narrated his recent traumatic experience after going for work-related business at Egbeda.
Bobrisky described how he drove to the mainland to conduct some video shots for a lady, only to be harassed by over 1000 neighbourhood youngsters who surrounded his car and demanded money after recognizing him.
Bobrisky said in a now-deleted post that it happened after the video shoot that he handed them N500,000 to share but the touts refused and demanded N2 million instead.
Irritated by their persistence, the crossdresser claimed to have phoned the police, and 20 officers appeared fully armed at the scene.
After spotting the cops, the youngsters took to their heels and shattered one of his 2022 Land Cruiser’s side mirrors in the heat of the moment.
Following the event, Bobrisy described people on the mainland as being local and unruly.
He wrote: “My manager reached out to me that he got a deal for me on the mainland to influence for a spa. The pay was attractive so I told them to book a date for me. I asked the lady if the place was safe enough for me so I won’t wear so much jewelry and i will come with my escort. She asked me not to worry!!! I drove my 2022 Land Cruiser BLACK.
“Fast forward as soon as I got there few people were able to recognize me ASAP sha but I didn’t bother. My greatest surprise going back to my car after my videos and all over 1,000 area boys surrounded my car asking for money gosh. I was wearing so much gold jewellery and my wristwatch. I just stayed calm. I told them I will give them 500k for all of them dis foolish guys refused. They were asking for 2million.I got upset that you guys want to collect 2 million did you help and make my money?
“I immediately called some police and 20 men arrived fully armed. Before their arrival, they were already harassing my driver asking him to talk to me. Well, they didn’t touch me sha as per fine girl. Immediately the police arrived they all ran away and some got angry I called the police and broke my side mirror. If they know the amount of the side mirror they broke they won’t ugly people ewwww”.
“Nothing will ever make me go to egbeda on the mainland again!!! I had a terrible experience there a few months ago. Mainland people are too local, gosh, especially all those ghetto areas mtwww.”
