Embattled Nigerian pop star, Dammy Krane will appear before a judge in Miami on August 1, 2017. The Amin crooner who was arrested months back by the Miami-Dade County police for alleged grand theft, credit card fraud, will appear for trial at the Justice Building, Room 4-3 with Courtney Erik as his defence attorney and Miguel De La O as the judge.

An affidavit signed by the arresting officers stated that the singer was found in possession of multiple fraudulent credit cards when he was arrested. Though he has been granted bail, the pop star denied ever getting involved in fraud, stressing that all he does is music.
Hear him:” I want to use this medium to apologise to my family, my team and my fans, I was arrested by the Miami PD for fraud. I do not do fraud and I do not partake in such activities. It just happened to be that the agent booked my flight with fraudulent cards.
“My life is all about my music and that’s what I am all about. I’m sorry I got caught up in this mess. I assure all my fans that it will never happen again.
“I wanna thank everyone who stood by my throughout this period. May God continue to bless you and protect you all.
“And to my parents, I wanna thank you for your undying love. Please keep supporting me. I have more music on the way. I promise I will make you proud.”
